Advise for company set up
Hello everyone. I am looking for some legal advise to determine my business structure in the US. I am French, l live abroad and would like to start investing in the US (MI). I have been looking at different structures such as MI LLC owned 100% by a Delaware Holding, or just an LLC electing C Corp tax so we don't get taxed in our country of resident (Morocco). I seem to get conflicting information due to the complexity of my situation. Can someone advise? Thanks.
