Financing options for US Citizens living and working outside USA

Hi Everyone,

I am new to Bigger Pockets. I would like to start investing in a few properties in the US but have been having difficulties getting financing from traditional channels. Is there anyone that can point me in the right direction to help with getting pre-approval?.
