Looking for a Lender in Florida for Reverse Financing

Hey there,

Title of the post says it all. I have a prospective deal in Florida (if the offer is accepted) and would like to purchase it using a HELOC and cash out using a Delayed Financing Loan. Want to find a lender now so I can make sure we have everything lined up before closing. Anyone have experience with a GREAT lender who actually knows their stuff in Florida?
