I am 61 years young. I am starting from scratch with this industry. Am I to old to become a real estate investor?

No. Not at all. Your timetable is different...that's all.

If you have the passion and the desire to learn, age is just a number. Take your time to deeply understand all the concepts, at the beginning it is overwhelming, there is a lot of information out here. Take your time and focus on learning one new thing everyday. Do just that and you will do great.

Well, age is just a number.as long as you have the passion to learn real estate investments and how they work differently in generating cash flows,you shall have no issues excelling in your real estate endeavors . i'd read this book The Ultimate Beginner’s Guide TO REAL ESTATE INVESTING before i read other content and videos out here Good Luck !!!

I would like to thank Joaquin Camarasa, Sam Shueh, Joe Villeneuve, Tyler Combs, and Dutch Langley for your much needed advice and wonderful encouragement when replying to my question about being to old to start investing in real estate. This means alot! I plan on continuing to learn everything I can about becoming a successful real estate investor. Your responses has given me the determination to not give up. I also would like to apologize for taking to long in responding. Life kind of got a little bit in the way!

@Beverly Bowman We just entered the Real Estate Investing world formerly a few months ago..rehab/flipping - I'm 57, husband is 59. It's going great! We aren't old....just experienced!!

@Beverly Bowman You're never to old to start pursuing real estate investing! I know people who started later in life than you that have a great portfolio today. The important thing is that you evaluate your goals for what you want your real estate to do for you, and then adjust your criteria and approach to align with those goals.

Age is no bearing. However, not every one is technology or computer savvy.
