what to look for when buying multi unit property in Cincinnati
hello dear investors,
i am a new investor that wants to get into real estate investment, i have decided to get a multi unit property, live in one and rent the rest of them out.

what is important good schooling or good area?
how old should a house be?
what should i keep my cost as?
