I’m young and don’t have much money, how do I start investing?

I am currently a young college student about to graduate. My current plan is to start a career in finance and build up a little capital and start investing early. I primarily want to get into home flipping and potentially some single family rentals.

For someone who is young and doesn’t have much money, how should I go about acquiring money to purchase my first property?
