Hey! Just starting out here in BP and in my REI journey.

First and foremost, I wanted to introduce myself to the community so ....hi! I’m Elliott.

I'm being relocated by my employer from Queens, NY to Boston, MA. Not quite sure what to expect but this is all happening just around the time I decided to start my REI journey (albeit I'm still in the education and money accumulation phase).

Wondering what MA is like from an investor perspective (I’ll be living in Everett), best way to go about understanding a new market, and looking to meet some new friends! (I don’t really know anyone in MA outside from coworkers).

Looking forward to getting involved with the community.

Thanks for having me!

Elliott

Welcome to Boston! I lived in Everett for four years so I am familiar with the area, I think you'll really love its access to the city, the casino, and fermentation districts! What made you choose that area specifically? @Patrick M Nichols is accurate that it is a very competitive market but get to learn the geography first and follow all the developments around the area and you'll learn quickly.

Best of luck and welcome!
