Best Checking/Savings for Real Estate Account??
Anyone have any suggestions on what checking and savings account to use for a real estate investing account? I want to keep my real estate money separate from my personal checking.
Also, is it a good idea to accept rent by PayPal? It is really convenient for the tenants because I can just send them an invoice and they can instantly pay me, then I can send my funds to my bank in one business day for free. Does anyone do this?
