Hey there. New to BP but so far I’m really enjoying all the information and community. I’ve wanted to be a real estate buy and hold investor for years. However always something that prevented.

I'm now ready and looking to get started in the Tampa area of Florida. I would welcome any recommendations on turn key or zip codes for SFR.
