Buy & Hold Analysis spreadsheets for Excel

Hello,

I am interested in buying my first rental property and would like to equip myself with the right tools. Does anyone have access to some Excel spread sheets that can help me analyze properties much like the sites "Buy & Hold Analysis" web-based tool?

I also saw Matt Faircloth “How to Analyze Any Rental Deal in 20 Minutes or Less” and he mentioned that there is a house hack for rental property video out there. Does anyone know where I can find this video?

Lastly any tips or other resources that you found useful for your education and process that can help me out, please share it with me.
