Out of State Investing?
Hello everyone, my name is Johnny I live in Oregon. I inherrted a property from my father. The property is paid off, and I want to invest out of state. I am trying to find the best options to go about doing this. Should I sell the property, use the proceeding to invest? Or keep the property, get a cash out refinance?
