Midlothian, VA Flip/Investor friendly company suggestions?

I'm looking for contacts and suggestions for local companies that work with Fix and Flippers. Who do you use for insurance? Which title companies do you work with especially for title searches for auction properties? I've met lots a local investors and have made some great contacts through local Meet ups and REI's but I'm hoping these contacts aren't as coveted as the subcontractors so I thought I would at least ask the BP Forum Groups.
