Managing a Property manager
Newbies here. Just turned our first home into a rental. Used a property manager that was recommended. We laid out what we wanted to list for and the option to have small dogs if approved with pet fee. She signed with someone and we looked over lease.... No pet deposit, no monthly fee, no limit of animals. What do we do?
