Huntsville Al visit -Recommendations Welcome

My wife and I have a trip planned to Huntsville and surrounding areas 6/14-6/16 to meet some investors, realtors, PM. Have lined up a couple of meetings but would love to fit in as much as we can.

Trying to throw our hat in the crowded ring to see if we can find some properties that we can BRRRR. Properties with value-add potential.

Would love any contractors connections too.

HSV is a great tertiary market find. Just know that a lof of engineer live there that they are a little more budget conscience than your average DFW tenant.
