DFW Investor/Realtor/GC - Is doing all 3 too much?

Hey BP, I obtained my RE license and started a GC business in DFW. I am also working on building a list of private investors. One philosophy is the more irons in the fire the better, the other is that you have to pick a lane and stay in it. Are all three manageable? I’d like to set up myself for success. Thanks in advance for your replies!
