REIT Stock or residential property - which should I choose?
I currently own some stock in a Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT). Question for you all: If I don't intend to purchase more than a handful of residential properties in my lifetime, does it make more sense to not buy a residential property at all, and instead continue to invest funds into the REIT? Which would you choose? Thanks in advance!
