Is refinancing worth it?!
I currently own a duplex that I live in. My insurance interest rate currently is 3.5%, but I have PMI. After work with two different agints, one could save me around 200 a month on my mortgage because I would drop the pmi. However, my new rate would be 4.25%. Though I will be paying less each month, is it worth it in the long run to have a higher rate?
