Would you cash out refi to pay off student loans?

Hi everyone

Would you do a cash out refi to pay off student loans?  About 40k worth of student loans at 6%.  The place is worth about 130ish, with 55k left on the loan.  Id imagine I could get a rate about 4.2%

What all would you consider before doing this or not doing this?  Thanks BP

Hey @Joe M. I think I would, overall, does it lower your total monthly payments?!
