$7,000 on Real Empire Event and Mentoring or DIY?

I invested $15K on a mentoring program last year, including one on one coaching, a wholesale rei master class and a week to work with the pros to see how they operate. I received the one on one coaching and access to their portal, but they switched things this year and are partnering up with Raphael Vargas and the Real Empire event. I never got the chance to capitalize on the initial offer.

My question is, should I stay with the program and attend the Real Empire event(valued @ $5K) and work with the pros in my program for a few sessions OR take a partial refund of about $7,000, get my estate license and bootstrap it with my local resources? Can’t decide and need some input on what people thing would be my best roi. Thank you!

P.S. I'm brand new to REI and don't have any deals on my belt yet.

Oh my, that's a lot of money on mentorship. Take the refund and go learn from experience all day. These programs are bad news.
