Hello,

Would anyone be interested in inviting me to the next flip they do? I don't want any stake, but would love to offer my time and analysis to anyone actually working on a project. I am in my 20's, have a strong work work ethic, passion for real estate, and desire to learn hands on. The expose to an actual project would be worth my time, and any contribution I would make. Given the correct guidance, I am confident I could save you money/ find you a deal, that would be worth having me around.
