Real Estate Finance Classes?

I need to understand the basics of real estate finance and numbers are not my strong suit :)

Any good resources? I live in Dallas TX and would like to attend a class or two but seems limited to real-estate classes that just prep you to get your realtor license. Online classes or book recommendations would also help.
