Cleaner/turnover specialist for AirBnB property in South Bend IN

Are there any investors in South Bend, IN managing one or more short-term rentals that have found good, reliable people to manage the turnover process between bookings (cleaning, washing linens, tracking items that need to be re-stocked, etc.)? Would love to know how you found your team. I’m looking to start using a home as a short-term-rental on AirBnB. Any suggestions appreciated!
