Do you stop calling the same person when they get mad at you or do you just call them 1 time? Should I call them even though they get mad at me and say they're gonna sue me?

Account Closed If you have made them mad, there is very little chance of the turning them into a future client. Some people are good at converting these sort of ice cold leads but why? Just move on and call the next one. Don't fall in love with a deal you don't have yet.

Call until they die or sell. Don’t annoy them but calling to check in is a different animal. Oh and if they die call their heirs until they sell. ;)

If your potential sellers are threatening to sue you I give you full marks for persistence but have to take off some points for tact.
