At the moment my focus is geared towards being a boots on the ground guy looking for deals to wholesale. If I upgrade to pro, will it teach me how to evaluate deals better along with allowing me to present it better to cash buyers?
Bad news first: No, upgrading to Pro will not teach you anything about evaluating deals nor about presenting better to cash buyers.
