Letter of Intent vs Purchase Agreement
When making an offer through a real estate agent, do you use a simple 'letter of intent' or a full 'purchase agreement'? If financing, do you include an interest rate contingency? ie, "contingent upon an interest rate not to exceed 5% financed over a period of 30 years or more..."
