There is a house I found. The owner tried to rent and he couldnt he tried to sell and he couldnt he tried to rent again and he couldnt. I can make his payments and rent the house but its a 55+ community. I have no idea what it is or how it works. Help!

@Account Closed Even if you technically could lease option this (that's what you're looking to do right?) why do you think you can rent it at his rate, and find a tenant to rent it at a higher rate when the current owner can't find a tenant?
