Help in finding start up capital
Hey fellow BP members,
First off this is the best real estate website by far and all of you are very informative and helpful. I'm a newbie to the investor world , and I'm having a hard time finding Capitol for my start up costs of the buisness. Are there any avenues I should be looking down to help me with this. Thanks

Chris... you have two choices... either provide your own start up capital... or provide some extremely strong value proposition to earn start up capital from others.
It is very VERY hard to enter this game with no money or special skill.
