I am new to real estate and wish to learn more in the area including finance, taxes, investing, etc. I would love to hear your recommendations for an audio book I can listen to in the car so I can maximize learning time. Thanks!!

Hey @Nicholas Whiteside! Welcome to B/P. I started with Brandon's books on this site. They have a bunch of beginner books that talk about many different types of financing from conventional to seller financing. How to find a deal. I am not sure if they are on audio.
I just checked and the bigger pocket book of "The book on Rental Property Investing" is on Audible.
Also, the Rich dad book of "The ABC's of Real Estate Investing" it has general ideas that you can get expose to then do a deep dive later.
