Credibility Package? Who uses them?

I have an investor who would like a written plan of how I intend to use his money. Being that I just started and never flipped a property I’m at square one. A fellow investor suggested a “Credibility package”. Have any of you used this before? If so how did it work for you? Do you know where I can get a Credibility package template our an example I can follow as I build my first package?

@Patrick McNeill they will be at the next RE meeting you go to, they are advertising on this website, or you can google hard money lenders near you and get their requirements.
