Credibility Package? Who uses them?

I have an investor who would like a written plan of how I intend to use his money. Being that I just started and never flipped a property I’m at square one. A fellow investor suggested a “Credibility package”. Have any of you used this before? If so how did it work for you? Do you know where I can get a Credibility package template our an example I can follow as I build my first package?
