I'm just starting out in the fix and flip arena and would like to know what sort of specs a potential lender will need on a home before funding. TIA!
Hey all, here's a clarification. When I say "specs" I'm referring to specifications: i.e., square footage, age of home, comps in neighborhood, etc. Since I've never financed through a private lender, I just need to know what sort of information they need to know about the potential investment.
