@Jay Ingersoll no, I'm a permanent resident and own rental properties in my neighborhood (the Old West End). My actual profession is outside of real estate or investment.

Muncie is a nice rental town. Lots of properties that need renovations. Lots of decent neighborhoods especially on the west and north sides of town. A lot of activity downtown with multi family units some of them being bought sight unseen! There’s a new property management company as well too!
