Rental Investing 17 Years Old

Hey Bigger Pockets, I am a 17 year old who is looking forward to one day investing in rental properties. I have recently been focussing a lot of my time to the webinars and podcasts, as well as reading financial education books such as "Rich Dad Poor Dad." Are there any pieces of advice you guys can give me so that when my time to actually invest comes along I will be more than ready? Thanks!

@Bryan Arzate here is my advice, don't wait. Create an LLC with a parent and go buy a property in the name of that LLC. Then you will have your first property.

This last year I created an LLC with each of my oldest three kids and we bought a property in each of the LLC's. My kids are 14, 12, and 10. So if a parent is in a financial position to be able to get a loan for a rental property and you can do most of the work and due diligence, you may be able to convince them to do this with you.
