Searching for the owner of a property
Hi everyone. I'm new to BP and also real estate investing. I have been doing a lot of reading though. I haven't made my first purchase yet, but I have been eyeing this eyesore of a property across from my home and thought it could be a good investment opportunity. I have the address but I dont know the owner as no one lives there. The windows and door is all boarded up. Do you guys know how I can research who the owner is and maybe reach out to them. Thanks in advance for any help.
