Don’t know what strategy to use
So I just finished listening to the buying a property with no or little money
Down and a realtor just emailed me a property for
500,000 plus the realtor mentioned
The seller
Is really motivated... he asked me
To just make an offer. The property would be for our church to fix up and resale.
Is this property to high to start with?
