Hello Everyone,
I am thinking about pursuing a real estate investment opportunity using crowdfunding. I am not using one of the online platforms. I was introduced to a developer who has a strong reputation and track record of success. He is interested in using crowdfunding to finance a few projects and has offered me the opportunity to invest. I would like to know if anyone has any good resources that they can point me to that outline the basics of crowdfunding and important considerations of investing via this mechanism.
