Hello,
I am completely uneducated to the real estate business but looking to get my feet wet!
I was hoping some one could give me some advice on where to start my education?
Are these real estate programs good? i.e. eric medemar, chris chico etc. would like a place to start producing income in apartments and commercial. should i start in wholesaling?

any advice or suggestions are greatly appreciated!

Close to 100,000 members here... something like 800 active on a daily basis. Why would you pay a single person when you can browse the collective knowledge of hundreds of people for free here?

Step 1... Develop a top level view of all the different forms of real estate jobs and investing.

Step 2... Decide which of those forms of jobs or investing suits your needs, goals, desires, and capital.

Step 3... Read the dedicated forums surrounding that topic here at BP.

Step 4... Ask lots of questions.

Step 5... the most important IMO, act.
