Who's knowledgeable about Philly Sheriff Sales?

I'm interested in buying property at the Philly Sheriff sale and looking for someone who has purchased property from both the tax deed and foreclosure sales to be a mentor to  me. There are a few "investment" companies in the city that are charging thousands of dollars for their "training" but my partner and I are looking to form relationships with fellow investors and get out of the Rat Race.  Mentors please respond.
