Mentor needed or just invest and work from there
Is investing in a mentor program usually worth it having a guide help you build wealth with wholesaling or fix and flip? Or is it better to try to do it on your own and stick with a strategy? Nothing is guaranteed...weighing pros and cons... Any insight?
