Hello—My name is Everett. I’m ready to begin my journey to fanatical freedom! For the past five years, I’ve been working in Human Resources; started out in Fortune 500s, I’m now in the startup space.

My mentor for the past few years has been encouraging me to jump into real-estate investing; specially the multi-family space. I’ve been saving my money, doing my research, and am now at the point of looking for my first deal.

 Looking forward to starting this journey!!

@Everett Batten memphis will be tough for small multifamily. Most are located in tougher areas
