What CRM do you use if any?
What is missing out there that you would like to use?
I still see many agents using paper and pen to ask visitors to signup on Open Houses. Why not an app? crm? What is missing guys?

I use RealeFlow.com as my CRM for my Investor / "I Buy Houses" business, direct mail to find deals and certain aspects of my Property Management business. It also has some great features related to estimating rehabs, scope of work, etc... But I'm also a Licensed Real Estate Broker and my Agency provides kvCore as CRM and marketing automation system - so I use that for all related to my Realtor business, including the app for open houses.
