20 Year old looking to get into Real Estate Investing

Hello my name is Jose, I am 20 years old currently living Hall County, GA making a cooks salary and I have been interested in real estate for about a year now. I have spent a lot of my time aside from my 9-5 learning about how to get in but I am conflicted on which strategy would fit best for my situation to get involved. I have been looking into seller financing deeply since its a good way to get in with little capital but any feedback or opinions would be greatly appreciated. If anyone were in my shoes how would you go about it?
