Anyone Investing in Albany New York?

I just started doing some research in downtown Albany NY. Is anyone starting to invest in this area? There are multifamily units that have been abandoned for a while so the city working with the local community and investors.  

If anyone has any current rentals or looking to invest-what has been your experience?
