Business credit cards

Would it be beneficial for me to apply for a business credit card? I am just starting to collect county information so I haven't found or offer on my first property yet. When requesting tax delinquencies, foreclosures lists... I want to put the charge on a business account or card to separate personal expenses from business expenses. I need a laptop solely for me. My daughter took over my chromebook.

Im your experience should I get a business card yes or no.

Which business card has worked best for you and why.

Always had a business card & the cash back option. I had fun last year putting on that credit card the School Taxes of ALL our properties & those we hold notes on. CC payments were now an option vs standing at a bank tellers' booth paying them all one by one & have her complain about all the work involved. The School districts dictate the Bank to use.

My credit score took a big hit for a month until I paid it off out of escrow & the cash back wasn't too bad either. The end of year CC category accounting is great.

NerdWallet.com gives you a great breakdown of what CC options are available.
