I have almost 10 years of experience in the Multi-Family industry. I come with multi-market knowledge and a successful track record of repositioning assets, completing lease ups, dispositions, acquisitions, and a strong financial acumen. I’m currently overseeing an asset in the Dallas market. Ideally I want to break into owning rental properties but I have no idea where to begin. I do have a large sum of money saved up so what do I do next? I’d like to find someone who is willing to trade their knowledge for my time and experience in the multi-family industry! I’d love some feedback on where I can network and find a strong mentor. Should I consider getting my real estate license?
