New in real estate and looking for tips
My name is Ramona and I am NJ. I am just starting out in real estate and trying to obtain my LLC. I would like to start out in wholesaling first and then eventually use that money to invest into flips and multifamily homes. I would like to start real estate here in NJ and eventually go to Detroit, Baltimore, and Philadelphia markets. I would love any tips or suggestions! Thanks!
