First BRRRR Property

My investment group - 4 fully employed professional veteran women - has purchased our first investment property with cash. It is a 4plex in need of about 80k in rehab. Now we are struggling to find lenders to accomplish the rehab. Any suggestions for specific lenders or financing options?
