How do we verify a seller/document from out of the country *PH

Hi biggerpockets, Im planning to invest in the Philippines. The problem was, there was nobody to represent me. In the event that relatives are too busy, is there any way i can hire someone to verify a seller/property? i understand that i need an agent to do that. anybody here who had the same issue as im encountering?
