What to do with price quotes from AL DOR?

Good morning active BP family,

Located in Alabama

I’m about 60 days into learning tax liens and I have hit a wall...

I received price quotes back on some properties but the quotes were well outside my budget to purchase at the moment.

What can I do or do you know of anyone you can suggest who might be interested in these quotes while I have them?

As you know, we have about 20 days to send payment and I feel this one particular property is so worth having and holding for future use but it would wipe out my budget for just this one alone!!!

What do you do in this situation?

If you are interested in the property drop your email and I will send you the information so you can view it.
