Prospective First time Buyer

Hi all- I’ve recently begun listening to Bigger Pockets podcast routinely. Looking to buy my first property in 2020, I had a few questions on best practices when beginning.

Should I form an LLC or initially begin as a sole proprietor?

If to form an LLC, would you recommend through internet sites or consulting with an attorney?

Any peculiars to know prior to beginning an LLC application?
