How to go about finding an investor friendly agent.

I recently moved to Austin, TX and decided to start BRRRRing.

Couldn’t find a good property within my budget in Austin. But I found few in San Antonio. I emailed 3 Agents there to start making offers but I got no response!

I made sure to explain what I’m looking for:

Fixer uppers or/and short sale. Purchase price of $100k in cash and I’ll be offering much lower than the asking price.

Am I going about this the wrong way ?
